Register your foreign licence as a rider

Riders with a foreign licence who want to start in regional races, must register their licence with Cycling Vlaanderen every year (25 euros). This ensures that your licence details are known and allows you to register online for regional races.

If you only wish to participate in UCI cyclocross races in Belgium, a free registration with Belgian Cycling is sufficient. This can be done via https://public.belgiancycling.be. If you already have a portal account with Cycling Vlaanderen, you can log in via https://portal.belgiancycling.be and register your licence through the ‘Licences’ tab.

Registration closes at 8:00 PM

Online registration will close at 8:00 PM on the evening before the race. Please note: for MTB races and cyclocross-races, registration closes three days before the race!

No late cancellation – 3 joker absences

Each rider has three joker absences and may be absent three times without consequences.

Online registration = immediate payment

When registering online for a race, payment is now made immediately.
